License to Thrill

A hype reel I made for Glen Helen Raceway.

They wanted a strong hook with intense visuals to capture the feeling of racing at their track. Minimum story, maximum feel. Short, sweet, punchy.

Shot on site at Glen Helen Raceway and edited in Davinci Resolve.

Editing techniques used: speedramps, color grading, various fusion effects invert color and tweaking, halation and glow, complex highlight smears, SFX and sound design.

The Pushup

An intro for a youtube episode about the benefits of doing pushups. They wanted something that felt smooth and continuous, with some effects and visuals to keep the viewer’s attention.

Character designed and animated using Higgsfield and then compiled and edited in Davinci Resolve.

Techniques used: speedramps, masking and inversions, custom animated fusion overlay, custom text overlays and animations, various fusion effects, SFX and sound design.

Spa Day

A personal project I made as a tribute to my motorcycle. I wanted to capture the side that most people don’t think about when they think of motorcycles.

The sense of calm, peace, and freedom that it brings. This is the first vehicle that I’ve enjoyed washing and doing maintenance on. It makes me happy to keep it in good health because of all that it does for my mental health.

The grass is greener where you water it, or something like that.
